Lead the product strategy and design for a lightweight, automated campaign experience that simplifies campaign setup for DTC advertisers on Rokt Ads. The project addresses decision fatigue and bandwidth constraints by automating campaign decisions through pre-configured best practices and minimal manual input.

A guided campaign setup flow with pre-generated audience targeting, with ACE (Adaptive Contents Engine) creative workflow integration for copy and asset generation, and AI-powered reporting summaries with performance insights and recommendations.

Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Advertiser Campaign Setup | 2025

Impacts

his work establishes the foundation for a fully self-serve Ads platform, reducing campaign setup time to under 10 minutes while maintaining high-performance standards. The solution enables scalable campaign management and positions the platform for future advertiser self-service capabilities.

Lead the design strategy and execution for the new Experiment Readout experience in One Platform. The project aims at improving how internal teams and partners evaluate experiments results.

Key features include: A newly consolidated experiment dashboard for better visibility of key metrics, more insightful evaluation through new metrics, and an AI-powered summary that generates key insights and recommendations.

This work aligns with strategic goals around data democratization, experiment velocity, and AI integration — and has driven stronger engagement with experimentation.

Lead the design on building a new ACE experiment on One Platform, allowing account managers to generate new creative and segment variants with the assistance of AI, and then launch the experiment with full factorial design, conclude experiments and promote variants with winners identified.

Adaptive Content Engine for Ads Creative Experimentation | 2024

Enabling account mangers to do variant-level editing and reporting, leading to more effective optimizations. More than 60+ accounts have conducted ACE Creative Experiment, and resulted in +24% conversion rate!

Impacts

Lead the design on building a new tool for building and publishing client-facing reporting directly in One Platform. In-platform reporting means less time account managers would need to be spent in manual reporting. The tool allows account manage to use pivot tables to define the dashboard’s data set, and add custom charts to the dashboard, also surfaces the most important information
to the clients using headline metrics.

More than 85% of the users (account managers) find the custom reporting tool easy to use and are satisfied with the capabilities (Pivot table tool, Visualization) and the GTM team has leveraged these more closely with the clients.
